5. Exceptions & Special Cases

Prorated Refunds
We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period, but no refund will be issued for unused time.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks filed without contacting us may result in permanent account suspension and legal action to recover damages and fees.
