At FreeFastConverter, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your Pro or Premium plan for any reason, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All paid plans (Pro and Premium) include a full 30-day refund period from the date of purchase.

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • Your refund request is made within 30 days of the original purchase date
  • You purchased a Pro or Premium subscription plan
  • You provide a valid reason for the refund request
  • You have not violated our Terms of Service

5. Exceptions & Special Cases

Refunds NOT Available For:

  • Requests made after the 30-day refund period
  • Accounts that have been terminated for violating our Terms of Service
  • Repeated refund requests (pattern of abuse)
  • Partial month refunds (we refund the full payment amount only)
  • Third-party services or add-ons (if applicable)

Prorated Refunds

We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period, but no refund will be issued for unused time.

Chargebacks

Chargeback Policy

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks filed without contacting us may result in permanent account suspension and legal action to recover damages and fees.
